Hey guys~ I haven't updated my journal in a really long time. xD"

Let's see... My dad's birthday was yesterday so, Happy Birthday Dad! C:
It really stormed a lot here today. The power was flickering on and off for a while. Everything is calm now though. I really hate how it is always so gloomy this time of year. ;3; My brother was supposed to march in a Mardi Gras parade today for band, but the weather was too bad and the parade got canceled. He does have another one to march in on Mardi Gras day though. I marched in one with him last week. I was a "bodyguard" for the band. XD It was a really long walk and it was extremely cold. I actually ended up getting sick from it. @.@ I feel a lot better now. It really is a lot of work marching 6 miles. I can't imagine how hard it is to march that in the cold while playing an instrument.

My birthday is tomorrow! I already got some of my presents. I got some Batman earbuds. I also got volume 1  of the Durarara!! manga. I actually haven't watched the anime or read the novels yet. I am a HUGE Baccano! fan so I wanted to give Durarara!! a try too. I've read all the Baccano! novels translated so far. I have an obsession with it. XD My dad is going to pick up a Doberge cake for me. I have been getting a Chocolate Doberge cake for my birthday for the past few years now. I always look forward to my birthday just because of that cake. I wouldn't care if I got nothing but that cake for my birthday! Haha

The main thing I am looking forward to is Devil Survivor 2. It is coming out in 10 days, so it is kind of a late birthday present. XD We ordered it from Amazon with release date delivery. I really can not wait! >w< I've been looking forward to it, well, since it was first announced. It really doesn't feel like that long ago now... Ten days just feels like forever to go. I have a feeling these days will go by pretty quickly though.

Now I feel kind of hungry from talking about that cake. XD I'm going to go get something to eat. ^^
